It’s a car from the late 60’s.

By the typography of the speedometer I guess it’s an Italian car. Fiats had similar in the late 60s early 70s. It looks to be a rather small car, but the fake-wood on the dashboard was classy at those times. I guess it’s an early Autobianchi A112.
