I6 performance sedans of Fenic
1984-1996 Fenic introduced the Scavager to compete in the TCC and show that an I6 could challenge the V8s, and did so in a big way gaining podiums at all three Bathearst, Lamens, and Norburgring in its first year and a TCC title in 1986.

in 1997-2006
Fenic tried to capture the magic of the original and created a good road car but failed to compete with the TCC of the ERA .

2007-2014
The Fenic returned to form and again set their place in the TCC with out compromising their road racing faces.

1972-1983 VMC Omega GT-Z
The First of the performance versions of the Omega rolled of the floor in 1972 with a new 1.7L HemiSphere I4 Co-Developed with Truffle Motor Company making 70HP that and the CoreSpeed 5 speed took the Omega from a 34HP commuter to a fun car. The brakes where also upgraded to 4 wheel disc rather than drums. It was featured in the Trans American tour in 1972 marking the Omega GT-Z as something more than a basic transport car.

1984-1995 VMC Omega GT-Z
In 1984 the VMC omega got a big over haul with a new 1.8L DOHC engine boasting 150HP making it a great compact performer. It took the motorsports world by storm running both FIA rally and GT-200 events.
This model really set the Omega up to be remembered as a performance car rather than a basic compact like its base model.

1996-2004 VMC Omega
Introduced as a Sports touring car insted of a compact car in 1996 the Omega got a new 2L I4 and 6 speed standard. the performance wasn’t anthing revolutionary to the scene but they did well as a bridge between affordable and performance. in 2004 the final version was badged as as classic trim and sold next to the next gen Omega for customers who werent ready for the body change.

2004-2011 VMC Omega
In 2004 the new body style was met with mixed reviews and the 7,000 usd price jump didn’t help sells. The new car was worth them uptick as the new 2.2L second gen LR4 engine not only got an extra 20HP it got 5MPG increase. The chassis also got an update to meet homologation for the DTCs new rule book.
