There will Pickup, utes and vans. Muscle cars are just normal (at the time) mid-sized cars with get big engines so of course you will be able to make those (and the Mustang is technically a pony car but nevermind that). And for Hemi, since you can’t choose the combustion chamber design, so no you can’t make hemisphere combustion chambered engine. You can of course make a high performance 426 cubic inch pushrod V8.
