Hello, I have this wierd issue in my campaign game… let me describe it shortly.
I have started 1946 Arachna campaign, close to insane difficulty settings, with 0$ and only a tiny car factory.
After few years I managed to build my own small engine factory and this is were the issue is. All was working fine, until some yet another facelift. Suddenly, my engine factory cannot be selected for any project, rendering it completly useless. You know, building another factory is not really an option with current sheet balance :).
I imagine I can end up as a complete fool, who does not understand game mechanics, but if its a case, please help my understand my mistake 
I attach two screenshots. Importent fact is that the factory constraction does not seem to progress through the game time, I dunno really know how to undo it or where did it come from in a first place 
Basically please help me understand, why I cant select my R4 factory for a new R6 engine.
