semi slicks haven’t been considered race tyres in challenges for a while now. I get that most of the cars in the inspos wouldn’t use them and therefore shouldn’t be used in this challenge, but labeling them as race tyres doesn’t make sense anymore.
Good point. IMO that’s where the word “including” does a bit of lifting, but for clarity I’ve explicitly differentiated them further.
so im a little confused, can I make a car and engine from 1950]s or can i choose a car model from the 1950]s but engineering trim etc. from 2020?
Yes correct. Sorry, I should clarify further in the rules.
Your car model year and engine family year can both be older than 2013. However, your car trim year and engine variant year must be set to 2013.
ts lowk fire iont wanna miss out u kno ![]()
will raw performance numbers seperate from sportiness be judged?
Without revealing too much, yes to an extent. I wouldn’t sacrifice everything for them, however.
I already know this is the bare minimum for all 2-door entries, but is this actually mandatory? Or are proper 4-seat configurations (2 rows of 2 full-sized seats each) also allowed?
When I say “must have”, I mean that there is only one configuration they (2-doors) can have, which is 2+2. Any differing configuration including 2 full front and 2 full rear as mentioned will get you disqualified.
My rationale relates to the disproportionate comfort buff that a full 2-front 2-rear setup or one-row 2-front seat setup gets you, so I made this rule to level the playing field such that both sedans and coupes are viable.
Without it, it becomes likely that only coupes or weird pseudo-luxury sedans are viable.
Thanks for clarifying - I know I can make a 2+2 just as viable as a full 5-seater.
I will likely be asleep at opening time, but this is to let you know that…

Loved by many, feared by all: the 2013 Novara Raptor
Once upon a time, a company called Novara decided to build a car. Not just any car. A stylish, comfortable and sporty car at an affordable price. The year was 1968, and times were good. The Novara Raptor… Now, that all sounds nice, but what if it came back? What if the car came back? Faster, better and meaner than before? Well, you don’t need to imagine it anymore because I’m here to present the 2013 Novara Raptor. It captures classic features and translates them into modern styling. It combines tradition with modern technology, and all for an affordable price of less than $30,000. It’s not just any car; it’s the car for those who want a little more than the rest.
Specs of the 2013 Model
- 5.7l V8 N/A
- 425 PS @ 6100 rpm
- 590 Nm @ 3700 rpm
- Seven-speed advanced automatic transmission
- ESC and standard safety
- 1’450kg
And more..
