In 1912, Warren Hayes founded the Quasar Corporation with the aim of bringing together many of the early automobile companies together under one roof and bringing costs down in order to make the automobile more affordable to the masses. Hayes’ own Quasar Motor Company spearheaded the campaign of buying up different brands throughout its history, such as Millward Motors, Hornet Motors, and Rexmont Trucks.
