Racing Motorsports already in the game?

Once the region mods are in place, would it be possible to make a region that would basically work like a racing league?
So make the focus on this region to be max sporty, high speed, light weight, prestige and all that, maybe something for track speed/0-60, not sure of all the region variables. Have a very high affordability for this region and accessibility to the 100 octane. Could even put restrictions on displacement and efficiency to kind of be in line with F1 type regulations.
From what I’ve seen none of the current regions do anything over 95rons.

There’s been plenty of suggestions to make a racing aspect to the game, but I think with a custom region and some imagination we’re good to go.

With regions that would be weird to do because they only have so many aspects you can change, none of them directly related to racing apart from “racing culture”. What you are aiming at are more like demographics changes for different racing classes? Anyway, I don’t really see something like that could work, but maybe some tricky modder will surprise us
