Is it possible to get a refund on my purchase on Automation?

I am very displeased how slowly this game is progressing. That is my reason

Maybe this should be discussed with one of the Devs via PM. It’s pointless to make a topic just to ask for a refund, not to mention it’s quite rude to display your dissatisfaction here on the forums.

It is unfortunate that you are displeased with the progression of the game’s development. It is a slow process indeed and we are not sacrificing any promised features, nor quality in order to finish the game any sooner. A complex beast like Automation takes a lot of time to develop and will continue to do so.

While, technically, a refund is possible, I don’t think it is warranted in this situation. You preordered the game quite some time ago (~6 months) and probably have played it for more than a handful of hours since. You don’t get to return a half-baked deep-frozen pizza which you took a bite out already because you got tired of waiting for it to be done, right?
