Hey! So I’ve been following this game for a while, and I’m very anxious to know when everything will be ready. I have read that its somewhere in 2014, but having seen how awesome the engine and (so far) cosmetic designs are, I can’t wait for the rest
Hopefully, the full game will be available on Steam by the end of this year. Sadly, there might be some unforeseen delays, especially owing to the fact that the development team is so small.
You are really not the only one waiting for the release 
I think I can speak for others here, that we are really eager to start selling our cars and engines to a global market. And that might be still an underestimation!
With us polishing up the Car Designer and Engine Designer for Steam Early Access in the near future, I would estimate the first iterations of the tycoon part of the game will be playable at the end of the year. Yes, everything takes longer than expected, but as a plus, everything becomes more awesome than expected too.
Better to wait longer and release a more polished game, than jump the starting gun and ruin the dev’s reputation with a buggy non-working iteration of the game.
