The all new Klumper Strassler is an open minded car:
With a 1508cc DOHC Inline-4, the Strassler can do most of the duty that a standard utility car would not be able to do, such as towing another car (Tow bar not included) or going to the local market to buy groceries.
Even being a cheap, German car, the Strassler is able, unlike other base-trim vehicles, to reach a max speed of 179 km/h.
This vehicle has an advanced technology regarding suspensions due to it having Double-Wishbones on both the front and rear.
The 4 gear manual might look like a down-side of the car, but no.
Strangely enough, this car can be enjoyed like it’s a brand new supercar, due to it being RWD and ABS being an optional (Coming at a price of 2000 BAM).

Coming at a price of 12.000 US$

Berghammer 3160i

The 3160i is among one of the entry level trims for the 3000 series introduced in 1982. Even so, it still offers plenty of features such as fuel injection, and a hydraulically-assisted automatic transmission. And being made with the rigorous standards of German engineering, it’s designed to get the most out of it with exceptional reliability and low running costs.

GLOBUS INTRUDER ES - @Happyhungryhippo
The wheelbase of this body is unfortunately 1 cm too short. Feels harsh to ban for this, but it was a rule after all.

VULCAN RIBOLLA BE - @imnotchildish
Uses 55 profile tires in the rear. Staggered tires are questionable too but I forgot to say anything about them (or widths ending in 5) in the rules so they aren’t a violation per se.

FERDON 225 GTX BV5 CATALYTIQUE - @Mythrin
Techpool exceeds the maximum value of $32M.

KLUMPER AUTOS STRASSLER - @Er_Foxone
Sorry, I missed this one but…holy 45 profile tires, Batman!

If you’re not in here, congratulations!

hallelujah praise da lawd i somehow didnt get eliminated yet

Sorry if I’m being dumb, but could you show me where you are finding the techpool value, as on my end it is showing up at less that $32M. I haven’t played around with the TP so I’m likely looking in the wrong place…

British engineering once again shows its greatness. Long live the Winson Motor Company :uk: :tea: :tophat:

Yes, because it is. When a body has, like 2,7 meter in the selector, its often rounded values. In another challenge I had to enter a car with 2,72 wheelbase, 0,2 above the maximum, lets see if that gets binned too. Thats why I’d use rounded values… If a wheelbase rule is really neccecary.

Yes, but now the rules actually pointed out that a body classed as a “2.4” metre by the game was not acceptable if it was under 240 cm. If I had gone just by how the game rounds stuff out I would have had to accept, I think, everything between 236 and 265 cm and I felt that was kind of a big span. Right, wrong, well you all had the chance to point out that you didn’t like that rule, and nobody did. This is one of those cases where I really felt sorry for instabinning a car for what is a really slight violation, but on the other hand, someone might hypothetically have had a great build on that body and decided not to enter, and it would not be fair to that person to let a violation slip through either…

I didnt look it up in the Details tab since the game told me 2,4m…
Well for the other challenge where I checked as a precautionary measure I could at least inform the host now about this problem.

Whatever, that ship has sailed, and I can blow the car up soon anyway…

This adds up to 57.1… Maybe you were just looking into “tech pool costs”?
(And I double checked…I mentioned “total costs” in the rules, phew…)

Im glad my car wasnt instabinned. It took longer than id be willing to admit to tweak the Techpool and the General Makeup of the car.

Ahh, so I was checking the correct value. However I just loaded my vehicle up in game which I haven’t touched since sending it to you, and the techpool cost was not the 57.1M it was around 22M with all the same investment points, I then reimported the vehicle I sent you and overwrit the version already in my game. And the values now match what you show…

This has also seemingly fixed the issue I’ve been having with being unable to change the SANDBOX techpool on a vehicle by vehicle basis :joy: … weird

Oh well, I’ll join you for REP93?
