Reverting materials no longer works

Hello devs. I have noticed since I installed a few more mods, reverting a material to its original form is no longer functional. It shows the material as its default however on the fixture it is still the one before reverting.

Can you send over some screenshots or video clips of what you’re seeing, please?

This is what’s happening after I revert it. The material picker says it is the original one, however the real one is still the changed version.
