Well, after a long 9 hour slog today,
multiple lights work, and you can now rotate and scale them. 
and fixed the bug in the picture
why is this car looking worried?
Ca you give the arrows different colors for their different purposes? Say red for rotation and blue for scaling?
Could do - only those arrows MOVE as well as SCALE - at the moment you hold shift while using an arrow to scale instead of moving.

the shift-scaling is neat! Coloring might be a bit strange though… maybe just have a low-profile legend in the lower right of the screen saying that?
