I meant iāve only built supercar engines before the challenge, pretty much ^^ so i expected this to at least get a few score, but i didnāt expect to finish 2nd xD thanks for all the votes
Congratulation everybody! Very close challenge. I liked so much to tried to make the best engine for a real life situation with a real life vote! Thanks Pyrilx for all the time you take for this competition.

it really was an awesome first season I think for next season I would like to see that the turbo engines are put in their own category so its like a Multi tier challengeā¦but with same point awarded out at the endā¦is this a practical idea Prylix or is it a bit hard to do?
Itās not hard to do, but more work, and not very meaningful. Or is the real-world market separated into turboed engines and non turboed engines? As in āthey are not directly comparedā. Noā¦ so it shouldnāt be the case in this challenge either. Itās enough work Roland has to do in this format already.
Just to be fair: In the TEC scoreboard it says i have 3 points, but in fact i only have 2 because the only top 3 result i have is 2nd place in the 1995 supercar category.

i think reliability should be factored into the running costs of an engine.like reducing yearly servicecosts or someething similar.
also man hours cost should be reduced slightly to allow use of better quality parts.
