I have plenty more, mostly old Japanese stuff, but these are my current goto cars. Lotus Elise, Sprinter Trueno BZ-R, I just don’t have good pictures of them.
This is the car that inspired me to take a reality check and preorder Automation to see if it was really even vaguely possible to build cars as ridiculous as this.
Apologies for the crap screenshot, what I really wanted to draw your attention to was the otherworldly power to weight ratio (if only the car had another 20hp, it would have then achieved the magic 1kw:1kg, but I guess that’s a bit academic). The game gave me the option to swap out the M3 Sport Evolution’s 2.5L i4 S14 for the M6’s 5.0L V10 S85… so I did, and then proceeded to upgrade the crap out of it. Don’t pay any attention to the reported top speed, the way I tune, she gets to 360kmh in under half a minute. And I have no idea what the handling figure of 6.43 means, all I know is that if you floor it off the line she lays a sweet fat pair of elevenses all the way to 180kmh, so long as you haven’t torque steered into the nearest wall (it’s still RWD). And if you apply more than 10% throttle in any given corner, you will die.
All that said this is probably the scariest car in the game, and therefore, in my books, the most fun (unless you count the Jaguar E-type tuned to 900hp… but that’s because you can’t fit any aerodynamic parts onto it and therefore she literally takes off at speeds above 270kmh, but that’s another story.) And if you have the stones (and enough patience to keep trying after wrecking a dozen times), you can squeeze out a sub 6:30 lap of Nordschleife.
I don’t have that here, but what I do have is a quick demo video of the Aremberg section, if you’re interested.
Tried to do something modern with the Nismo colours.
Also, does your SLRR thing work smooth? A nice pack of the game and mods would be nice [/quote]
Yeah my Slrr running smooth and i have two Nissan Stageas in there… One of them is blacked out with BBS LM and Nissan R34 front with RB30DETT engine that produces 700+ HP and i use it for touge… On of them has RB26DET with Greddy T88 turbo and minty green and R34 front… This one is for drifting
omg Tom those cars are a blast from the past. The Miata was one of the strongest cars in NFSU, once fully modified! I see you got the unique rims too.
As per my previous post, a lack of a proper lap of Nordschleife bothered me, so I went back and recorded one. It isn’t anything to write home about, I suspect, given all the mods that are floating around out there (and I’ve even done a much faster lap in another car), but when you watch it, perhaps you may understand a little about why my company does what it does
