Smolensk Tuning

Smolensk Tuning has officially released three in-house-built engines. These are the Type R, M, and E. More information can be found on the informational post (the first one).

For Salen00b and Lizzot Cars, the Lizzot 45 Smolensk:

Smolensk Tuning has done it! We have finally made a car that we can call our own. Developed, built, and tuned by Smolensk Tuning, the Type R is a hypercar with extreme performance, but without an extreme price. The body of the car is very aerodynamically shaped, and is painted in Smolensk Racing Blue. The 2.0 litre engine produces 725hp, yet costs under $2,000 and requires less than 80 man-hours to build. This propels the car to 60 in 2.8 seconds, and reaches a top speed of over 200 miles per hour. Once at that speed, the Type R decelerates quickly due to its 4 piston disc brakes, both front and back. Astoundingly, the engine has an MTBF of nearly 30,000 miles. The car can achieve nearly 1.0g in corners. The Type R is truly a hypercar to behold.

Looking good! Jaguar inspirated?

It definitely looks like the body is styled after the C-X75, and the grille looks like the one found in modern production cars, but none of this was intentional.

I’ve got a realworld car for you to tune.

Alright, guys. You probably didn’t know that i joined Smolensk Tuning, and this is the first car i’ve tuned! In terms of optic changes, i tried to make it look a bit less boring while still maintaining the characteristic look of it.

Now there’s two different engines (both are still 1.3L): a NA version with changed components so it makes more power and uses less fuel, and a turbocharged version of it. I hope you like it

Here are some pictures:

Very nice. The rear would look better if the licence plate cutout was on the bumper or where it was in the original platform, and the led-like-lots-of-lights begin to lag my computer a little bit, but apart from that, I like it very much.

I’m glad you like it  Oh, and i forgot: there’s one more engine, if you want some more juice in that family estate car! But i couldn’t put that into the attachment any more cause i can only put 3 files per post.

Could you tune this car, it’s the Cita Chiquera

Also needs an engine

No problem. I’ll start the tune right away.

Sorry, I cannot tune a car from an outdated version of the game. Please take this into consideration before submitting a car to Smolensk Tuning.

I introduce the Cottam E5, already relatively powerful for an eco-sedan. But i’m looking for a somewhat AMG Black style tune. You can keep the current engine or create one, it’s up to you.

In terms of boundaries, not much. Raw power while maintaining slight economy, 20mpg if possible? Also, it would be good if you could change the cosmetic look of the car in some way.

Thanks,
Cottam Auto Group

Got it… I believe the Smolensk Engine M will be perfect. I will give you the tuned car shortly.

Feel free to post a before and after showcase on this forum

Tuned for Pleb and Cottam Auto Group, here is the Cottam E5 Smolensk:

Wow, not what I was expecting cosmetically (that’s a good thing  ). Those headlights are the best things I’ve ever seen! And great top speed and 25mpg while doing so!

Everything I could have asked for, definately recommending you to anyone (and indeed, everyone) quick service as well .

Thank you so much for the feedback. The exterior was one of the more outrageous that I have done, and I myself am quite pleased. It is great that you like the car as much as you do.

Okay well i’ve done the Cita Chiquera again in the new version:

Okay Naporian, here’s the new Chiquera! I didn’t know what kind of engine you would like, so i fitted a 2.25L I4T with 200hp, great fuel economy and nice torque. I didn’t put a bigger/more powerful engine in it because the arches are much too narrow, these small tyres wouldn’t put a lot of power to the ground. Here are the pictures of your new car!

I hope you like it
