Originally my QFC55 entry until I realized that I had misread the price and that I would never manage to get this down to the 30K budget…
This 2020 model features an 1.5 litre, 190 hp turbo 3 cylinder, mounted transversely between the rear wheels. Double wishbone suspension all around, fiberglass body, aluminium SSF chassis. 6 speed manual transmission. 0-100 km/h in 5.3 seconds, 280 km/h top speed.
I’ve raised the absolute maximum price (a hard cap, if you will) for QFC55 to $35k (although there’s now also a $30k soft cap), so you might as well go ahead and submit it as it is before the deadline.
Yup, I will submit it since it barely fits the hard cap.
A surprisingly sleek design for 1986 - one that could stay fresh into the '90s with a mild facelift. By the way, what engine, gearbox, and drivetrain layout is this trim level using, and what game build (stable or open alpha) did you make this one in?
In any case, I think it’s based on one of the 405 body sets.
It’s made in Ellisbury, in the campaign. 2.7L SOHC 4v V6, around 185 hp (but weighs about 1050 kg in sporty trim). 5 speed manual/4 speed auto (in the GT trim, with softer suspension and rear seats).
It will get a better engine in the facelift
Still being worked on. Will make a full post when ready with more trim levels and a comprehensive options list…
This is… well… it’s a car.
I suspect you based this on the '00 mid-engined legacy body (the one that got deprecated by the '09 Mako later on in a patch) - but you did a great job with it.
thank you, its not finished as it still needs an interior
What the Hurracan’s successor could’ve been.
You might be right. A reworked version of it built on the actual '09 Mako (2.7m wheelbase) may be even better still, though.
The…creatively named 981. The quintessential sports car recipe, reinvented for 2015

DR Ikarus
A new chapter in the supercar series. Bespoke an NA 4.9L V10 producing 500Kw at 8900RPM, a new family powertrain not so mentioned. Carbon Fibre reigns as a standard for both monocoque and panels.
Looks mental, is mental. Nearly 700 horsepower from a naturally aspirated V10 displacing <5 liters is a lot these days. Compared to some hypercars with at least twice as much power, however, it doesn’t feel like overkill, and it’s all the better for it.
