-Assume their vessles are equiped with varitions on warpdrive or hyperdrive technology, and somehow capable of generating gravity and a breathable atmosphere. Their weapons, however, will remain exactly the same. Because comedy.
No teleportation allowed.
Round 1: All out space Battle with no shields.
Round 2: DeathStar, Super-Capital, Capitall, and Frigate class ships have weapons disabled. Victory is achieved via shuttles and ship-to-ship boarding parties.
Round 3: Mass landing parties on the same planet. No deployment vehicles can be destroyed. Victory is achieved when only one fleet has any forces left.
Bonus Round : Effectively a game of Capture the Flag, whereby the winning team must transport a macguffin Item from the Planet beneath to their home planet. All fleets can use whatever methods they want (Sans Transporters) to acomplish this.
