It’s really just about practice, don’t expect your first 20-30-40 cars to be that good.
Riley is right, look at real world examples as well.
Give it time as well, it always takes a lot of time to design a really complex car.

Actually, I have found out that making clones of real cars will teach you a design trick or two in the long run.
