This happened with both this car and two others, one of which was sandbox and the other of which is in the same campaign.
The vehicle in question only has 3 gears, though one of the others had 5 and displayed exactly the same thing.
The fuel economy projection seems accurate and changes as I would expect when I change the gearing.
