Is it an Invicta S1?
Not that I think this was overly hard to guess (those lights are quite distinct), but how was that (car being Invicta, not Passat) visible on the picture?
IIRC, the Invicta actually used Passat taillights but flipped over. Iâm by no means annoyed that I didnât get it right, but showing only the taillight and flipping it over the same way as it is mounted on the Passat, means that it could as well be a Passat when absolutely nothing on the picture indicates an Invicta. I donât mean that I should get it right for saying that it was a Passat, more that at least something that could identify the car as an Invicta should be shown on the picture. But on the other hand I did a similar mistake with the BMW 1800SA in the old thread, not thinking about the fact that it could as well have been a Glas, judging by the parts I did show, so Iâm by no means innocent myself.
Alright, I agree I was a bit naughty on this one but it was so obvious it was a rear light from a Passat (I even named the picture Passat) that it shouldâve ringed a bell! Well thatâs what I thought first.
Yes I flipped it to blur the path but if you see the cars in the reflections you can see the parked cars on their sides so it was supposed be 90° in its side.
Knowing that you had to find a car with a Passat rear light turned 90°.
I wanted it to be a bit harder than I used to because usually people find my cars in two posts.
This one made no exception
So all in all it wasnât that difficult !
Opel Vectra A/Vauxhall Cavalier ?
(RHD wipers so probably Vauxhall in that case)
Lancia Lybra?
I like the Lybra, but only as a sedan. Odd styling, 5 pot, velour interior in nice shades⌠though apparently it has ridiculously short gearing.
