Mercedes-“Maybach” S680. I’ve heard (from someone having solid reference points) that those modern “Maybachs” are relatively low quality, compared to other luxury cars 
On another note, this engine is really quite unique. Not only a V12, rare sight in a modern sedan, but also it has a 3-valve SOHC valvetrain and twin spark plugs. And IIRC it’s the last MB engine to not use direct injection. Relic of a different era in engine design.
