big single turbo with a smaller a/r or just add a QSV ( quick spool valve ) no need for two turbo’s all it does is add additional weight with little gain besides spool time and in which case QSV solves that issue.
v6 or v8 think wisely 
V6, because they tend to sound better IMO.
