Maybe a stupid question, but my car is disqualified because of “Not allowed mod vent”. How can I see ingame which parts are from the Steam Workshop and not allowed?
From the OP
Edit: Roland, you forgot to disqualify my car. I forgot that pre-2000 aluminium panels are limited production.
Lol what, aluminium panels were limited production??? I totally missed that in the tooltip too!
I think this also disqualifies my car, argh xD
Wouldn’t be surprised if it disqualifies a lot of cars
well. i thought i was alone doing that ^
well i think the cars need to be re-evaluated and re-vote all the allowed cars
Yeah I think it’s because of the changes to the tooltip and materials, the whole ‘limited produxtion’ versus ‘no mass production’ is a new thing which most of us forgot about.
I’ll leave what to do about this to pyrlix naturally. The turnover time was pretty quick so I’m OK either way.

Yes I know that rule, but that’s not my question.
My question is how I can see ingame which parts are from the original game or from an allowed mod.
I’ve installed more mods than this High Quality collection but can’t see ingame which parts are from that collection and which not.
Or do you advice to delete all the mods and only install this High Quality collection?
You can deactivate the installed mod without deleting them via option screen before the game start. There is a tickbox somewhere.

Really? Yours is Partial Alu for me here… weird.

pyrlix. 1995 still considers partial alu as limited production anyway
Partial alu is not limited production in 95.
well at least it says so on mine?
That’s odd, I just checked and I have to agree with Riso!
Weird… can you provide a screenshot?
I used partial aluminium as well, and there’s no “limited production” label with it either.
welp nope. i think i looked at fibre glass as alu and alu as partial alu. derp
uhhh no news?

A very bumpy start and end for the first round. The voting system will be the Google-Form in future and also be in the OP-Post.
There will be reviews for Round 2, because Round 1… well… was too bumpy and it should be finished as fast as possible.
Results!

Congratulations to the shared placement! 2L V6 and a 2L I4 with a difference in Power - but in the end customers would be very split between those two. Probably they would get the other when one is sold out…
