Thomas A-N's Project Dump

THOMAS A-N’S PROJECT DUMP

I’ve been getting back into Automation recently, and… let’s be honest, I have been clogging up some of the threads with my own builds, so it’s probably about time I made a thread of my own. I haven’t really come up with any sort of lore for any of my brands, so I’m mostly going to dump a variety of little experiments and projects I’ve been working on. Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Couldn’t help but take another few pictures of the Banshee. I’ve never been so hopelessly, utterly terrified behind the wheel of a car in all my years of Automation, and I love it.

Even though it’s based on a body set that originated as a Kee-era mod (and will most likely be deprecated in the near future), this is as faithful a recreation as I have seen of the Mk2 Bravado Banshee whose chronological debut was in GTA San Andreas (and made its franchise debut in GTA III) - and as for the Banshee Mk3 that was featured in GTA IV and V (especially the 900R variant exclusive to the latter’s online mode), I’d bet on you doing an equally good job if you ever went through with it.

Now 25% less likely to kill you than the previous generation! Still 50/50 though, take it or leave it.

Mechanically and aesthetically, this is closer to the rendition found in GTA IV and V ( and possibly VI). Granted, it’s based on your earlier GTA III version and not a ground-up reimagining, but it’s a fitting evolution.

SIDE-BY-SIDE - 2002 BANSHEE III + 2008 BANSHEE IV

I chose to use the Banshee III as a base for the IV, so I could use the old generation as a guide for the new one instead of starting over from scratch, more to help maintain some consistency between the generations than anything.
