The Breda Lumo is a pleasant and simple car. With a 1.1 litre engine and 60 horespower, it’s not entirely disrespectful to the driver - 15.1 seconds to get to 60 mph… 100: never. It’s the kind of pace that pisses off everyone else on the road, but you’re not left putting a reflective triangle on the back either.
It’s small and light and efficient and it handles well, but then - what’s to handle? Is it enough for a car to just be a car? And if it lasts forever, shall we say it’s a monument to sensibility or to a plebian appeal to mediocrity? The Lumo by Breda does bring out the question marks at least.
It’s very audacious of you to enter what is effectively a 4-door coupe (even though it looks like a sedan) in this challenge. As ever, I’m curious as to what body set it’s based on - the '99 Flatnose is my best guess. And I can see some growth potential in it - alongside the base model you’ve shown us, higher-end trims (including a high-performance flagship) of the Montiago Metz would be welcome additions to the range. Even in its most basic form, however, the Metz still looks and feels racier than any of the other entries here.
And I apologize for suggesting something (specifically, advanced trim settings for ride height adjustment) that should’ve been left to the host.

No, the B stands for “Basis”, NOT for “Butt”. Marketing insists.
This “Basis” trim comes with all the essentials and zero fat. It gets you from point A to point B in relative comfort and won’t cost an arm and a leg when it breaks. Not that it will, because there’s nothing on it to break because it’s engineered to the highest of ACZ quality standards.
