Yeah the 15 psi stands for all turbocharger configs. So single, dual, quad.

It’s one of the factors that determines the characteristics of the turbo, but not the only one. The impact of going from single to dual depends on a lot of other factors like the rest of your turbo configuration, how many cylinders you have and plenty of other stuff. Besides, if every challenge restricted us to the best way of doing stuff, it wouldn’t be as fun.
The boost rule is probably because several people (myself included) have submitted cars where the massive amounts of boost render them incredibly painful to drive.

I never tested my final ZERC car with massive changes and that got 3rd, if you want us to suffer it may actually be better if you dont test it.
Are we allowed some amount of Jbeam editing? One of my ideas will need a (probably very simple) jbeam tweak to work (I can talk more in DMs if you want about my specific case)

STALIN 1200 KOMBI
(Note: Especially after a heated discussion surrounding a certain QFC, I can see the controversy in calling a car “Stalin”, especially when it is completely out of context. This is a replica of the car driven by the main character in the Finnish cartoon “Fingerpori”, a parody of soviet cars called the Stalin 1200 kombi. If the name still feels genuinely offensive to someone, I can tone it down, even if I would prefer to keep it for obvious reasons)
Oh no! Finally you can go through the punishment of driving something you hoped would never ever exist in any other form than ink.
Finding any data on it wasn’t the easiest maybe, but the lack of a grille have always made me believe that it is a rear engined car, I guess “1200” is the engine size. Wheelbase looked about a decimetre shorter than the R4 below and the Fiesta body was the most square shaped there, so… Other than that I just went for “simplest possible without getting silly”. I added some small details that does not appear in the cartoon, to make it street legal or just for fun. Enjoy…or maybe not.
Also, enjoy the song.
