TNP thinks rewards for service at work is a good idea.
e.g. complete 5 years of service at your company with good rapport and relations - rewarded with a family holiday to any tropical destination of their choice.
or
e.g2. older person is well respected and has spent a lot of time working at the company - rewarded with help to renovate house
and these are on top of promotions and pay raises
Shouldn’t be mandatory. Should just be used as an incentive by companies for their employees to work harder. Insurance is far more important than rewards.
Also IDK where the communism works in theory BS comes from. It not only doesn’t work, it has proven detrimental to every single society it has been tried in.

You bet. i4’s sound brilliant now (especially because tiny little eco i4s with miniscule exhausts don’t sound like they’ve had some godawful 3" muffler put on the rear by a ricer) and the V8s are fantastic!
