Introducing the Generic Engineering Group M3000T - AllTrek
All new for 2001 we’re here to show the world what Hetvesias newest Auto Company can produce. We made this machine with an Aluminium Linear 6 with 3 Liters of displacement, But we weren’t happy with 220 HP so we Forged the internals and added a Turbo. We love to play in the snow in our country so it come with AWD and a 4 speed automatic transmission.
The rear seats fold down flush to allow for extra loading compacity when you don’t need the rear seats. When you do it has seating for 8 and a classic rear facing rear bench for those long road trips. Now for sale world wide for under 30,000.
Generic Engineering Group: “Don’t just drive, drive with a smile (and maybe a little bit of reckless abandon).”
Alright. Is that like a prefix or does it replace your cars name entirely? (Sorry i’m new to competitions so bear with me.)
When you build a car you have two naming fields in the top center. One is for the Model: there you put the challenge abbreviation - [your name]. The other is for the Trim: there you put the car’s name.
Family is the same as Model but for engines.
I have played Automation itself for years so I knew this, but thanks for clarifying how I should name the car itself. I need to do the same naming style for the engine correct?
yes
I just saw in game that material cost, engineering time and tooling cost for all superchargers are at the moment 0.00 in game. you will need to find a way to compensate for that in the judgement.
Does it really work that way, or just the tooltips say so? Because they can be plainly wrong at times (I’ve once made a whole table with tooltip errors for the devs).
The Waldersee Ritter, enhanced for the 2001 model year, is the continuation of a proud legacy of compact luxury cars going back six generations and four decades. Available in sedan, liftback coupe, fastback hatch and estate body styles, this athletic family car blends prscticality and reason with Germany’s intensifying reputation for premium performance engineering.
The Ritter’s platform is a traditional RWD design with advanced independent suspension all around. Instead of reinventing the wheel, Waldersee puts power to yours: the modern lineup of four- and five-cylinder engines includes mills displacements from 1.4l to twice that, culminating in the 2.8-liter supercharged five which pays homage to the injected 2.8-liter sixes of Ritters gone by. Available in both a milder hot-air and performance-oriented intercooler RS version, this mill takes the fight to every other advanced performance edition sports sedan on the market. Power ends up at the wheels via a 5- or 6-speed manual, or yhe Arlington TOD (Twin OverDrive) 5-speed automatic. To temper the beast, ABS and ASR are standard on all five-cylinders, with ESR available at extra cost on all Ritters; and RS models come standard with a Torsen limited-slip axle.
Inside, the Ritter is sporty and driving-oriented - yet still sufficiently spacious and luxurious for 5 adults, especially the wagon variation. The tradition of shorter, 5-cylinders-max engine compartments has allowed Waldersee to retain maximum interior space despite being compact and nimble on the outside. On a well-equipped model like the T28K supercharged estate, the driver is treated to leather seats, soft-plastic and aluminum surfaces and switchgear, and a delightful full-instrumentation cluster with dynamic gauge placement. A satellite navigation unit can also be optioned.
Even without the coveted RS package and its expensive but worthy improvements, the T28K version of the Ritter is capable of 0-100 km/h in just 5.3 seconds, courtesy of the 275hp straight-five. The 225-section tires, aggressive alignment and functional bodykit ensure good cornering - without either the unnecessary harshness of a stiffer suspension or the repair headaches of “smarter” springs and dampers. The car also still gets around 9l/100km, so it’s not too hungry, either.
Starting under 32.000 DM/20.000 AM$
Volume sports estate T28K, as shown in promotional package, with:
Alloy 17-inch wheels;
Supercharged 2.8-liter 5-cylinder engine;
6-speed standard gearbox;
Multicoat premium paint, such as Berlin Blue;
Satellite Navigation;
Available at 42.000 DM/26.000 AM$
Are interiors actually judged at all? I know they aren’t mandatory, but will it affect my score at all if I skip an interior?
No. You may make one if you wish, though - the rule set encourages you to do so.
Well I suck at interiors, so I probably will skip it.
“Big Toivonen Ennergy” …Welp i’m sold.
looks pretty good!

Introducing the 2001 Trosteinya Tiegan RS!
At Trosteinya we’re not normal. We don’t do things normal companies do. We don’t lie about our quality standards. We don’t use the cheapest materials possible. And we don’t promise what our vehicles do not deliver.
When Clark Silverfox founded this company, he asked himself "Why be normal, when you can be better? We asked ourselves that very question when we made the Tiegan RS.
Why be normal and have substandard quality, when you can have the highest quality possible in every nut, bolt, and washer?
Why be normal and have a barely comfortable and generic interior, when you can have comfortable, supportive, heated leather seats, satelite navigation, and a top-of-the-line sound system ready to wrap you and your 4 passengers in musical bliss?
Why be normal and have an underpowered turbocharged 4 cylinder, when you can have a Supercharged Small Block V8 growling under the hood waiting to channel 329 HP through all 4 wheels at your command?
Why be normal and have lackluster performance, when you can have a car that can dash to 60 MPH in well under 7 seconds, and features a functional spoiler and lip for better cornering and control at it’s top speed of 164 MPH?
Why be normal and purchase substandard cars for inflated prices, when you can purchase a high-quality vehicle for a reasonable price, like 29800$ for a brand new Tiegan RS?
So ask yourself “Why be normal?”
