I did do a search on this, and I found Der Bayer telling someone to see the “What’s In and What’s Out” thread. This does sound like a “no” answer, but I wanted a direct answer about it. I really hope this post has good reason behind it, especially after I let it be known that I read the request from the mods by posting to it. 
Maybe eventually, that’s the official answer 
Won’t be in the first release for sure, probably something we’ll think about with Diesels, Rotaries and that sort of stuff after launch
