Tycoon Gameplay Graphics

I was just wondering. After you desining a newe model in the Tycoon part an going into production, will you see those cars or are there just stats then. Will there be any visual response of how many cars you have sold (like they driving in that town around the factory).

It’s been discussed… but as the game is still a work-in-progress, I’m sure the devs can chime in at some point with more details.

Basically with all the info I gathered over the time I’ve been here, I visualize the game as a world overview map, where you can go into your factory in certain countries with cities, and get a 3D plot there. But I don’t think you can go into towns and see cars drive there (however that would be really cool).

So for now, I think only stats, unless there is an easy way to just random generate cities (which is possible easily with a simple 3DSmax plugin) that fit certain era’s and building styles and get small versions of cars following waypaths around town on roads. The idea is that there is some basic generic cars driving around and a % of the market you own in that city/region + your competitors % is driving around there too.

Nice ideas, however, a lot still has to be decided! A lot more will be available when they switch game engine some day!

Maybe there will be a showroom with the current models being made/sold, one for future models/concept cars, and one for previous models.

I agree, I would be happy with say a word map overview or even a CEO board room (But this has been done in gear city so IDK if that would be copyrighted) but it would be AWESOME if we could have a “Show room” or dealership where we can go to and see out current models sitting on the lot or inside a building for sale :slight_smile:

Be also cool when you do PR and have sales and big SALE signs are put up inside your dealership!!! Ahhh can only dream :wink:
