Undersized Turbo's?

I have tried to use turbo’s avaliable widely around, but I can’t get the compressor and turbine wheel big enough?
I live in norway, so alot of car builds are done, but I cant replicate any.

I started of trying to figure out aproximate turbo size for my x20xev Opel engine, but I could only use undersized turbos(replica wise), so I just increased the ar to numbers not buyable, and took it from there.

Will this be looked at?
Another thing: removing the intercooler gives alot of boost(probably does), but the heat of the incomming air would counter that in tha amount of power and lasting engine you gain from the power gain?

Sorry for horrible english, and bad way of explaining things. Hopefully you understood what I was looking for

Keep up the good work

The turbo size is limited to what can physically fit before it starts to interfere with the engine block.

Removing intercooler increases the RON rating massivly which might give a little increase in power if the engine doesn’t start knocking, however as you pointed out the internal heat for the engine will increase alot leading to less MTBF is the engine is producing a certain amount of power, to generate that heat from the start.

Thank you for your answer, so this will kinda solve itself with new exoust manifolds for better flow?
