Undo function in al rima

When im trying to design my cars, if i place a fixture wrong and hit undo, instead of undoing the single last action i did, it undoes multiple steps, so i end up losing track of what i did, this is especially frustrating when trying to use multiple fixtures in close proximity with small tolerances.

One possible thing that may help is locking a fixture once you’ve placed it.

This happens to me too. Didn’t used to function this way. Rather annoying when you have spent a while placing multiple fixtures, all to be undone by one ctrl z. Is this meant to function this way? @Killrob

When you do this, do you use ctrl+z or do you push the undo button in the ui?

Ctrl z

Try pushing the undo button in the ui. Pushing ctrl z is likely confusing the computer about exactly how much should be undone, so it undoes everything after the last autosave.

I can confirm that using the undo button still wipes out like 5 previous actions the majority of the time.

Have also had it reset my paint and lots of fixtures to default. Very strange behaviour from the undo function at present. Hopefully this gets sorted.

Is this in the unstable or stable version of Automation? I’ve never heard of this issue.

It was an issue in the Alpha which was fixed in the most recent patch.
