Using "Autom-nation" flags in mods

I know that Camshaft owns the fictitious country flags. I’m asking 2 questions:

  1. Is it okay to use them in mods for the workshop?, and
  2. does anybody have useable sized versions hanging around?

You can freely use game assets in mods since you’re not selling them and they’re only usable in-game.
