I bought the V16 engine, but I don’t see it in the game, but it is in my DLC folder. Can you help me.

Have you tried to (hard-)restart Steam and your computer? Made sure that Steam is on its latest client version as well? That usually fixes this issue.
nothing works i have that problem for a while now
When you say “for a while”, has it ever worked for you before? Also, please define the opposite of “nothing”, i.e. describe what you’ve tried so far.
When you click on “Manage My DLC” on the Library page of Automation, what do you see there?
