Visiual Glitch with rear engined car

I’ve come across a visual glitch with the engine when mounted in the back of the MR2 body. I’m not sure if this is for other bodies as well. I’ve attached the car to this post.

Look similar to one i’ve seen where all carburettor cases are placed at the very back z buffer?(Not sure if proper term) where stuff is always drawn in front of it like the carb barrels.

Edit to add this applies independently of which body is selected.
