Lot of love, Giacomo
hmm…well anything to do with computers…I play golf…I do IT work with my Dad (GCS thats his company), I watch Rugby…erm…there isnt that much else to explain to be honest more will be added when I get the chance to…
Not been here for ages (#iamunknown) so imma put my infoshiz in.
My job = IT Technician. In my field of work though and the amount of knowledge I have, GOD is it high pay.
Parents’ jobs (dead now, RIP): Mother worked as a VERY VERY high paid doctor (specifically an anesthesiologist) and my dad worked as an aircraft pilot for Lufthansa and then a sales director (strangely enough I never knew which company he worked for :S).
Best car experience: Me and my wife’s drive in Klausen Pass in my Nissan GTR… OH GOD DAMN WAS IT AMAZING.
Question trois tres tre drei three: My family’s love for most things automotive and my love for designing and making cars IRL I guess.
Question quatre quatro fyre vier four: My annoying little brother. slams head
Et finalement, numero cinq: I use my riches in real life to buy the cars I want and drive them.
My dad is skint, so I have to make my own motorsport toys, in a shed we nailed together out of some aluminium sheets. And some gravel shovelled in for the floor. However, he got me interested in cars to start with, so I’m gonna blame him for me being skint too.
Best car experience - probably the first time we tried the launch control on the V10, jesus, there was gravel everywhere. Found automation by random chance after a google search for Motor City after a spate of nostalgia!
Well, I’m a student, the parents work in reasonable paying jobs. Though, far from the riches of the OP haha
The best experience I’ve had… hmmm… Well I guess it would be every time Dad starts up his Ford XC Coupe, just gets better and better!
My inspiration is definitely my Dad when it comes to cars. He has been collecting/selling/restoring cars for 20+ years.
I found Automation through the Performance Forums actually haha (DaffyFlyer would know this forum very well haha)
I don’t really go out and watch much racing, but at home I like to watch the old ATCC cars of the past race around Bathurst. I do wish to watch more local rallies and hillclimbs though. And I help Dad with his cars.
As well… I translate the game in French; and when I have nothing to translate, I play Prison Architect then Game Dev Tycoon, if I’m too bored, I play WarZ, if too bored for that then I play Blacklight, Garry’s Mod and Cinematic Mod.
If I’m very bored, I go to my garage and I play with a 800cc engine.
I’m just a student and my father has the animation studio which is professional on taking the cases of movies or TV series from companies in Europe, America or Asia. This is really diffrcult hiring almost 30 workers with 40 outsource takers to keep company operating well, so of course, we are not as rich as you imagine about.( still having a large mount of money is required to pay back to the bank)
It should be my best driving experience when my friend let me drive his Porsche Cayenne ( V6 version). This friend is also why I would begin to be interest of Auto or motorsport then be looking for whether any game associated with conjuction between automobile and simulation.( I had played Car Tycoon after Automation, It’s just the work made few decades ago without the detail I really want)
I have racing simulator(plus with playseat)and both always spare some time to play this for keeping myself to be interest this and driving Mazda Tribute somewhere.
Oh dear. This is where the internet becomes the internet and what I say becomes unbelievable. 3 and getting 2 more. I want to keep them anonymous though to prevent shitstorms. I will however say that they are supercars like the GT-R. If you want to know how I actually have all the money to buy this stuff then feel free to ask (NO YOU ARE NOT HAVING ANY).

No, just somebody who earns a lot and wants us to know that, lucky one! [/quote]
I earn a lot and had a lot left for me by my entire family. Unfortunately, my entire family but me and my younger brother are deceased (RIP). Basically all my money came from inheritance and my parents’ jobs. My mum got paid something crazy like (this was before I moved to Monaco, before her death) £275,000 a year (she was a VERY experienced anesthesiologist, VERY) and my dad got paid something over £150,000 when he was a sales manager. Before that as mentioned previously, he was an airline pilot - he was getting paid about £69k. The rest of the money in my bank account is inheritance from my uncles, aunties, brothers, sisters, grandparents and more. All of that is building up interest in my account. Plus, all of their houses are now owned by me and I’ve let people rent them out which means I get paid high rent. Unless people bought the houses, which has happened twice so far.
EDIT: My family isn’t over yet - another is on the way. I’ll have to thank biology and my amazing wife for that.
If you want to know more then I’ll probably put it on another thread… putting my entire life story on this thread seems a bit awkward when it’s simply “What do you do for a living?”.
I’m also a high school student (GCSE’s are killing me right now), my Mum works in HR for our country’s water authority. My dad is an accountant for a ship management company.
I haven’t really had any good car experiences, my parent’s cars are a Peugeot 208, and a Renault Megane . If I had to pick something though, sitting on my Dad’s knee steering his car in an empty carpark when I was about 6 years old.
I’m not sure, I’ve just developed a natural love for cars.
I (think) I discovered it through a quick Google search… I had been looking for a ‘car creator’ game for years, and this was the brilliant answer!
Well, I live on the Isle of Man, so I’m kinda forced to watch the TT motorbike races every June. (I’m more of a car fan) I did go on work experience for Greenlight Television. They’re a broadcasting and filming company who provide coverage for the BTCC, British Drift Championship, World Enduro Championship, Formula D, and lots more motorsport events. While I was there I produced some edits for the BTCC for ITV, a preview video for the World Enduro Championship and edited and polished some TV footage for the British Rally Championship.
I am a student ICT & Media Design, which pretty much is designing ads, websites, flyers, logo’s etc.
Next to that, I’m studying to specialize myself in Game Design & Technology. So I’m working with 3dsmax, 2D and 3D graphics and Unity at the moment.
Currently I’m trying to graduate at a company by researching how advergames could work for them.
For the rest I’m working for some clients so now and then. Recent work I did was making a website and a restaurant menu card.
In my free time (if any) I try to play some games for relaxation, or work on AutomationHub.
