What is considered a good Test Track time?

Hey Automation! I was wondering what is considered a good time for specific demographics (for say, an earley 2010s hot-hatch)?

Quite simple to find out: let the AI generate a car, or three, for that demographic and era. Then let them race on the track and grab their times, average them. That time will be a good “average for the demographic and era” benchmark to compare to.
