What was the name of that game?

This game really reminds me of this game, I forgot the name but it was a car fixing game.

In that game, you could strip a car almost completely bare, repair the pieces, and re-assemble them.

There were 2 ‘game-modes’ - one where you got a car with some problem from a customer, and you got a certain price for fixing it,
and another where you bought a car from the scrap-yard, fixed it up entirely, added a turbo charger, and auctioned them.

Ah, the memories, I’m such a melancholic sod…

gearhead garage! Loved that game

Ah yes, thank you XD

sadly it won’t run on windows vista for some reason :frowning:

^ Make a shortcut to GHG.exe and make the properties \Gearhead_Garage\ghg.exe -mustbehere -nosound.

Make sure the game is fully patched 1st (It may work without them but I haven’t tried). It’s working on Vista Ultimate using this, just can’t alt tab.

yeah it needs to be fully patched and a few tweaks made to make it run - it is many many many years old now :stuck_out_tongue:

they were going to make a GHG2 - but Snap-On pulled out D:

do you mean the the to put that as the target ? i keep getting an error that says the path is invalid

Yeah, needs to be the target line.

could post the whole target directory instead of just part of it im still getting that invalid error

C:\Games\Gearhead_Garage\ghg.exe -mustbehere -nosound

Gonna have to change it to where ever you have it installed.

had it working then it for a while then closed and try to open again it crashes after a few seconds

got it to work -MustBeHere -nosound had to be outside of the quotation marks
