What will your first V12 creations be?

sooooo

  1. i haven’t played the open beta up until now
(also still split on the new track calculation. while the calculation is really good, my computer is just shit at computing it. green hell? 2 minute calculation time, how the hell am i supposed to tune anything at green hell?)

  2. i said earlier my first v12 would be small and nuts. i lied. i finally made a 6.5l v12 in 1971

  3. you guys said it’s OP… i never figured how ridicolously and stupidly OP it is… and i exploited it ASAP

i made the most mundane hyper car ever

soooo what’s op about this car you say?
THIS

rarely i amaze myself

I passed the Brick Restoration scenario with a 5 liter V12. That’s insane.

Also… i tried to break the 2000hp N/A barrier with a V12. Success. 16.something liters,*** 2349 Horsepower!***
The V12 is probably the motor that interests me the least - I’m much more looking forward to the straight-3 we’ll get next (I think), and I’m hoping reeaally hard for straight-twins and the V4.

That said, I’m going to try to make one of these…

4.560 x 3.580 bore and stroke, 702 CID, ~1500 lbs, and over 200 horsepower.

I used to have the 351 inch V6 in a school bus I had years ago, the 702 is literally two of them.
Why would you not be interested in V12s? Probably the best possible layout for an engine if you ask me… I owned a V12 not long ago, and while being very expensive to maintain (and fuel) compared to normal city cars, it was a dream to drive. 400hp and whisper quiet at idle, couldnt even tell if it was running it was so smooth.

I got 2359hp

@NickPalaroan - V12s are an engine I’ve never encounter in real life, and I don’t really plan to. I’ve had… I don’t know, twenty or thirty cars by now, but no V12. Horsepower scares the hell out of me in the real world, and in the game it just makes a ton of noise and wheelspin (okay, basically the same as the real world, too). Honestly, I would rather get to make an I3 or a V4 in the game, more useful, and I’d rather own the same in the real world over a V12, just my preference. Zondas, and the like, aren’t something you could pay me to drive in the real world, I do not have the nerve. No offense, but your V12 Merc doesn’t interest me, my favorite Mercedes have half as many cylinders, and six is plenty.

I will say I did have a lot of fun with the V12 in the GT challenge, but I just don’t see myself using the motor much elsewhere.

You dont know Montes. Im planning a qf90 midsize sedan mrp with a v12 until the v10 arrives.
