a possible solution to this would be (I have had a simular issue) deleting all of the workshop folders from here (Not the camso folder) : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Automation\GameData and here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\293760 and then cheaking file integrity. Steam should download all of the mods again and once you load up your game all of the mods should be there
