For several sports coupes I’ve been stuck tiring to figure out if i should pick 4 seats or 2 two, could we get a 2+2 option?
or is that what is already meant by the 4 seat option?
When I pick 4 seat I’m thinking luxury vip sedan style.

I think it’s the higher one when you choose 4 seats in 2door bodies and the lower one in 4door bodies
That’s how it was explained to me when I asked
but there are coupes with no rear seats at all…
take BMW 327 for instance… yes it’s old, but only 2 seats…
some 911s had only 2 seats…
so where does that leave the audi A7 coupe or bmw 645, camero zr1 back seat?
I think a 2+2 seat option would be a nice solution of you don’t want to really get the 4 seats. I think this actually contributes to the diversity of cars and can be seen as something with prestige, adding less weight but also isn’t good for passenger space(or utility?)
Yeah, my M3 has 4 seats for advertisement, but try fitting a full sized person in there
Well, the 2+2 option is just a way for manufacturers to say they have a 4 seater when it really is a 2 seat sports car.
I like this idea. The 4 seat option should be a more luxury option for cars like the bottom pic, and 5 seats should have more utility than the 4 seat, but less prestige/comfort.
The Geo Metro had 4 seats.
I don’t think it is considered to be a luxury car by any standards.
The metro, like the crx or many other small hatchbacks is a 2+2. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2%2B2_%28car_body_style%29
