How many lips (if any) can we fit to our cars? Also, are catalytic converters mandatory? And what is the maximum wheel diameter for this round?

As many as you like, they don’t affect downforce in beam
Cats? They’re pretty cute, but they aren’t mandatory, you can run super leaded for all I care.
There is no maximum wheel diameter… and I’ve never heard of that being a restriction.
