Aerodynamics will be taken into consideration, and most probably already in the Car Designer demo. We plan on having a dedicated Aerodynamics tab.

We’re considering adaptive parts, no guarantee they’ll make it though. I’d like to have them in.
How will the cooling be handled in the final game?
Cooling is very important, obviously, and makes up for about 30% of a car’s drag too! Currently we’re planning on making maximum cooling capability dependent on effective grille / vent / intake area. And then let you optimize it (via a slider in the aerodynamics tab) between maximum cooling capability and maximum drag reduction.

1 and 4 will be options in the active aerodynamics list in the future.
5 is very difficult to do properly.
2 and 3 have only minor effects, I think chances of these coming into the game are pretty low.
