Is this connecting rod yours? Found it lodged in what was left of my headrest.

Remembering my engine reliability.

It would possibly only need sone pulley and belt change, new oil and spark plugs and i could put it in some random car and drive away :stuck_out_tongue:

I think my car pretty much used the big engine block to absorb a lot of the impact. Good news is, the front shouldn’t be too badly mangled. Bad news, it’s probably twisted the flying crap out of the unibody to say the least.

Congrats to @koolkei and thank you to @asdren for hosting this contest. Maybe next time I’ll try with a slightly different strategy.

I’m curious whether my big truck would’ve absorbed the impact, or went through the wall.

Nice! Finished better than I started  Great one @asdren, I’ll be glad to join in on more of this

This is actually interesting. I kinda want to know this now

I was not surprised with the result - anyone who entered this challenge needed a combination of performance, off-road ability, practicality, and economy to at least be in contention for an overall victory.

this challenge is finished and dead. your comment is useless here. this classifies as shitposting
