In general would encourage shorter tracks. Trento Bondone was a drudge and Nordschleife is called Green Hell for a reason.
be warned I also know SpA like the back of my hand huehuehue
EDIT: as a side note, I brought out the G27 for a bit. And turned off the ABS. Throttle control makes getting out of corners faster much easier, but boy was I spoilt, there are just some things that you can’t do without ABS when you haven’t got a handle on your braking pressures! So while I managed an 8:09 with ABS, I only managed an 8:16 without. Maybe slightly better if I practiced some, but it’ll take… practice.
I wouldn’t object to Zandvoort, it has combos through very narrow sections that leave you very little margin for error, and even the wide section has a devilishly hard to pick blind corner that tightens into an ultra late apex, and then a tightening chicane that I still haven’t worked out which line to take to maximise exit speed because one is spoiled for choice.
Would you still be ok with Der Bayer making one more attempt?
As for car around Zandvoort I would vote Lotus Elise (in deference to trackpaduser’s suggestion). If not for that I would have expressed a desire to drive the Pagani Zonda R
I would need another 24 hours for another attempt and I don’t think I am willing to invest a lot of time and will fail anyway So I’m fine with starting the next round.
So while the round have ended, I had a last attempt and finally got a valid lap, not the quickest I have done but at least it was clean.
I got a time of 8:30.187, I’ll upload the a video later since the PS4 uses literally all the bandwidth when uploading.
Alright, so we’re waiting for someone to post a ruleset for this round, by midday tomorrow I’ll have the spreadsheet ready to record results again. Host, don’t forget to read the round rules in the OP.
