I canā€™t say for sure, but check your lvl before hiring new staff and drivers, since the number of stars depend on your lvl. (if your lvl is 3, 5stars means the staff have lvl 3 too)

I would say to you donā€™t spend money or tokens in anything with less the 4 starsā€¦ but thatā€™s my personal opinion.

And @Fayeding_Spray, that driver that I mentioned earlier was a 4,5 stars for Lvl 4.
