@Der Bayer: Thanks for the heads-up! Do you think it will be the kind of brief overviews that we saw in the last season between race heats? I don’t know what GenJeFT was planning, but my own natural inclination is towards pretty numbers-heavy analysis - there might not be a huge overlap in terms of what we’re doing.

I don’t know exactly what they have planned. But it will be some time until then because pyrlix and me are busy, so if you want to do something in-depth I can share the car files.

That would be neat! I don’t want to talk publicly about the hidden details of any specific car in detail without permission, but having a chance to look at the full set would allow me (and GenJeFT, if they so choose) to talk about trends in the entire field.

I was only thinking general comments on the cars, nothing really in depth unless we find something interesting or unusual (like an insane redline). Now if Packbat wants to look at the cars and do some heavy number crunching first I am good with that. As a former intel guy I am always up for some heavy analysis.

By the way, stream test on Wednesday around 4:30 PM EST or 8:30 PM GMT.

My challenge is to make a Pushrod engined car that would be competitive in this contests format.

Most recent news I have from the commentators is that they cannot make the first race before July. I’m on a longer business trip soon, too, so I’m not too sad about that. I will prepare as much as I can until then so we won’t lose any more time from July on.

Also my fuel economy was much better, then I tried to get more speed out of the car and forgot about it when I gave up on that idea.
