BRC 1966 - Gentleman Brobots Club [RACE 7 P&Q]

In that case you could also modify you car endlessly to the end of season…which is not an option here either.

I see this has started already
Can I join still or is this closed already?

I have a FIL ready to be unleashed

You’ve got until Friday. Then no more submissions.

So, Genjeft, still want to do reviews with up to 62 cars?

60+ Cars, christ. Many many people to overtake here!

well… that’s some confidence over there.

now let’s see how many people i could not overtake.

I will overtake, backwards!

I am reeeeeaaaally looking forward to seeing the test.

i think im done with tuning for now since my free time getting more shorter everyday and i need to wake up early. not really sastified but i dont think i can do better than this right now. now im hoping for the best, i got my own personal list to beat up in next pre test too

say hello to Pandu, my BRC prototype

*name on the game is different due submission tools error

Yeah, that’s another change I’ll probably make to my strategy after today’s pre-season test. Right now I’m expecting to take ~18 kg of fuel in the pits at ATT with my latest race strategy, so I should definitely be taking tyres at my pit stop.

Wow, 18? I’m looking at close to double that. >.>

Well, I’m expecting to start with 50+ kg in the tank, so I’m not winning any fuel economy records here. (^_~)

Edit: Come to think, if I start with a full tank, I can probably get my fuel stop under 10 kg at Automation Test Track…

My current strategy is a single stop for almost 50 kg of fuel and tire swap

…y’all love your big fuel hogs, don’t you? Maybe I’ll gain some positions on pit time after all.

Test Weekend 2

Here are the test sessions of the second pre-season test weekend: youtu.be/gIvUf00IWOQ

If you see any issues or have questions why something is happening, please let me know.

Off-topic: would it be possible to grey out the circles of the cars who are a lap down? Something like 50-80% transparency could make a nice visual distinction and help people keep track of which cars they’re racing.

Watching the pre-season test 2 now. BTW, Der Bayer, not sure if its your encoding or video capture, but the bitrate seems extremely low, the video is insanely blurry and hard to read. :frowning:

Just came online. Watching, but the sounds are really cool, the transmission whine is a nice touch.

Wait for YouTube to process the higher resolutions

Also clarification - sector time in green means improvement over the best personal time in that sector?

Mmmm mmm! 2:31 in qualifying!

Gonna need a wee bit of tuning there…

Amazed I did so well considering my amount of pit stops and my abismal practice/qualifying times. Actually managed to finish in the top 35.
