BRC 1966 - Gentleman Brobots Club [RACE 7 P&Q]

Did my driver survived??? :astonished:

And here, children, we have a lesson in the importance of utilizing proper safety devices.

My guess is that your driver survived, but barely. You might want to add a little safety into that screaming metal death trā€¦ I mean, vehicle of yours.

The F.I.L. Chertov Proto
It will be available at your FIL Dealer in around 1-2 years
This prototype will run in the British Racing Club for its debut - the big V12 and safe bodyshell will hopefully conquer all other competitors.

Out of curiosity: Am I the only one driving with advanced safety on my car?

Reminds me of good olā€™ Racedriver: GRID and its sequels, where if you totalled your car, you were treated to a readout of just how many G your driver was subjected to.

In this case, Iā€™d say an error of that magnitude would be like spinning off the track, getting your wheels caught on a divot in the grassy bank, and flipping over several times and landing upside down in a culvert

KLinardo: I think I may have advanced safety. With the quality all the way down to like -11 or something. I swear Iā€™m getting a 14.0 safety rating! (I bumped it up after getting caught out in the rain that last test, spearing off the track and into the barriers with 90% damage).

I have advanced safety +15 quality and really good lap times

That is a really interesting front end design, Trollercoaster!

Did it to keep the balance and weight of the car, got 33 safety and still shaved some time off after last test, so my driver can rest assured and focus on driving!

Woah thatā€™s going to be reeeaally expensive. Think about making it 12 or something, youā€™ll save huge amounts and itā€™ll be lighter too.

Having said that, I must say a proud 0 safety rating man myself. If my the driver crashes itā€™s because he drove it wrong. :smiling_imp:

And thats the rear design

Pretty cool.

Oh my god, that made me laugh so hard

Youā€™re really banking on some precise handling and having the right tires on the car at all times.

also on driveability.

And the scary thing is that there were worse crashes than that. IIRC the worst was around 200% ! :open_mouth:

I ended up being glad I choose to put Standard safety because my car survived a crash with 74% damage and proceeded to finish 20th at the end

My pit crew is under instructions to get out the duct tape whenever my driver looks at a wall funny. I want my car to finish the race!

(I actually have no special safety systems at all to protect the driver - just lots and lots of iron.)

Yep, -13 advanced safety

Also, Sorry Leo, but I NEED #7ā€¦ or else the chrome numbers on my car are meaningless!

Fine, but #8 is mine and I will not change it. Iā€™ve changed my number twice for other people already.

Iā€™m using 12 safetyā€¦

EDIT: I mean, 12 with ā€œnoneā€ security featuresā€¦
