Very nice but you added 100 Nm torque to my car.

I am actually surprised how that shook out because the d:s in-game was only about three points apart.

Iā€™m really hyped for the race now, especially after seeing all the trump cards. I surprised my car did so well in the pre-season tests though, as it gets quite a lot less cornering gā€™s than almost every other car in the field.

I am sorry, but you are not the only one who has 4WD

@Packbat: I miss your awesome statistics you usually did so far :stuck_out_tongue:

What i could gather on a quick look was the following

Front RWD: 35 cars
Mid RWD: 29 cars
Rear RWD: 2 cars (Killrob, NormanVauxhall)
Front FWD: 3 cars (Caswal, NoahC, Pyrlix)

For the streaming time:

Everyone is invited to join and watch. People are also invited to join and have a quick talk about their car OR commentate the race for the whole duration.
This race will be live - no prerecorded stuffs, noone knows what will actually happen!

I will get up hopefully at 7 to watch the race then go back to bed after it =D

Iā€™m getting it up on my Roku to watch it on TV. Might even don a headset and ā€˜Erin Motorsportā€™ cap to look like a real pit crew member!

Practice and Qualifying in Silverstone

Here you find the practice and qualifying sessions of the first race weekend in Silverstone. Iā€™m looking forward to the race in a few hours!

God my car is slow, I have a lot to learn when building competition cars

Ah, been pretty distracted this time. And acemaster25 was doing the transcription of the trump cards, and in the past when I did analysis it was around the same time I was transcribing data. Try me again on Monday.

Other random replies:

@GenJeFT: Depending on the time, I may be free - do you want people to start PMing you their cars?

@Der Bayer: Oh! The list of tracks was alphabetical, not order of races! That didnā€™t occur to me. starts watching video

Edit: Oh, snap! Itā€™s the 1952 Silverstone! I didnā€™t even recognize it! (Apparently the lap time to beat is 1:16.3.)

Right in the middle of the field huh?

This is going to be one hell of a scrap!

Oh yeah, this calls for proper viewing. I LOVE smart TV

Oh man. For the love of all that is engine driven, this really should be streamed. Live commentary, straight from the sidelines.

wow it seems like pre-season tests gave me false hope on my car being able to sit comfortably in top halfā€¦ I am doing like 25 position worse than on ATT

Oh, hey, acemaster25, idea: power band/max power RPM? Thatā€™d give an idea of how wide the power band is relative to how high the engine revs, which seems relevant.

Whatā€™s the difference between Sportiness and TrackSportiness/Drivability and TrackDrivability?

Quite disappointed by my updates anyway.

The difference is that only things which really matter on the track count, for example a loud car is considered to be sporty, but loudness does not make it more difficult to drive.

I am very happy about my performance!

I hope your TV can do twitch! :stuck_out_tongue:
Result is a bit ehā€¦ okay. I can live with that.

Silverstone is going to heavily favor the cars with top speed, I think. My car came in at 59th mostly because I went for cornering ability at the expense of top endā€¦
